A selection of pictures I took during this fantastic press-trip, but couldn’t place in my articles because of a severe software + hardware PC crash. Just to give you a ‘personal’ impression:
Who doesn’t believe in ‘terroir’ influence should follow the conferences of Attilio Scienza (professor of Viticulture at the University of Milan). Each type of soil in the Colli Euganei (marine sediments, volcanic soils, alluvial sediments) gives a very specific taste profile with the same grape variety!
